Customer service was outstanding. Batuhan gave us a warm welcome when he checked us in and housekeeping organized our charging cables with Mandarin Oriental branded Velcro straps (nice touch). Our room had view of Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world). The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-appointed. Overall, the entire hotel experience was great and we would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental for a stay in Dubai.

The first day was horrible not because of the hotel but because of a very impolite, disrespectful and not professional employee called “ Ahmed sewilam” who and people like him represent mandarin in a bad way. Later on the case was solved professionally and very generously by mandarin through Mr benjamen Achurst and Mr Ali reda who I would like to thank for taking care of the case and representing mandarin in an excellent way. Extra thanks for Mr Ali reda for being in contact with me all the time in my stay to make sure everything is fine . For sure the experience of staying with mandarin to be repeated , great rooms , excellent services , perfect location and great management .

應該是杜拜最好的酒店，更是各國頂級五星級都沒有這樣精致齊全的早餐,擁有各國精致的餐點不論是打掃房間的工作人員或者是早餐的員工整個飯店的員工都10分的友善，我們在這里連續住了五個晚上去了多哈的文華飯店酒店以后回到杜拜繼續決定再住三天，下次來杜拜渡假絕對會再繼續住在東方文化

房間干凈整潔，大品牌就是不一樣。而且那么新的酒店居然沒有一點難聞氣味！大大點贊，放心沖！地理位置絕佳..步行十分鐘到杜拜mall！樓下就是metro。謝謝帥氣小哥哥batuhan的熱心詳細講解！很滿意…下次去還訂這家??

From arrival, the experience was seamless: warm welcomes, polished check-in, and that familiar Mandarin Oriental scent that immediately sets the tone for understated elegance. The design is a perfect blend of sleek modern lines and subtle Asian influences — luxury that feels calm and intentional rather than loud. My room offered breathtaking views of sh zayed road , with intuitive lighting, perfectly arranged amenities, and bedding that delivers the kind of comfort you expect from Mandarin. Service was outstanding — genuine, attentive, and remarkably well-trained for such a new opening. Dining was equally impressive, especially the rooftop restaurant’s creative Asian-inspired menu and breakfast . Another major plus — it’s only a 15-minute walk to Dubai Mall via the air-conditioned metro tunnel, making it ideal for guests who want convenience without compromising tranquility. As a travel professional, I can confidently say this property is a standout addition to Dubai’s hotel scene. It captures the essence of Mandarin Oriental — refined, graceful, and genuinely guest-focused. Would I return? Without hesitation — it’s where modern Dubai meets timeless Mandarin elegance.
